Our Services
-
We operate a full-bed CNC router capable of cutting up to 48” x 96” (4’ x 8’) sheets in 6061-T6 aluminum, polycarbonate, HDPE, and Baltic birch plywood, with tolerances down to ±0.005” depending on material and geometry. We cut directly from your supplied DXF, DWG, SVG, or AI files, whether you need a single prototype or a full production run. No minimum order, no rigid packages.
-
Don’t have a cut-ready file? We can work with your sketches, PDFs, or rough drawings to prepare a proper toolpath-ready file. We also review your existing files for common issues like open paths, overlapping geometry, or undersized features before cutting.
-
We nest your parts efficiently across the sheet to minimize material waste and reduce cost. If you’re ordering multiple parts, we’ll organize the layout to get the most out of every sheet.
-
We 3D print functional parts in flexible TPU, impact-resistant PETG, and rigid engineering polymers, perfect for high-traction intake wheels, rollers, spacers, functional prototypes, small-scale molds, drone frames, and custom enclosures. We’re also evaluating resin (SLA) and SLS printing to deliver smoother cosmetic finishes and stronger, all-direction durability for mounting brackets and other high-stress parts. Priced per part based on material volume, print time, and post-processing.
-
We precision-machine self-reinforced polypropylene (SRPP), carbon fiber, and fiberglass for high-impact robotics components and lightweight structural applications, including impact-absorbing intake blades, flexible plates, and defense-ready sub-assemblies. Commercial and hobby clients use this service for lightweight automotive panels, drone frames, and marine accents. We’re expanding into full in-house carbon fiber molding and curing for even more advanced composite parts.
-
We offer welding services in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum for robot frames, brackets, and custom fabrication projects, along with seasonal robot mod kits and custom pit storage or robot carts. Every job is quoted individually based on scope, so you only pay for the work your project actually needs.
-
We batch-produce standardized FRC build-season items, such as belly pans, mounting plates, and practice field elements, for FIRST-affiliated programs and other robotics organizations. Because the design and toolpath work is done once and reused across a production run, this line carries lower per-unit costs than custom one-off jobs, and is priced per-unit or per-contract.
