Our Services
Precision CNC routing for custom parts, prototypes, and production runs. We work directly from your CAD files—no rigid packages, no hidden fees. Drop off your material or order from our stock, and pick up finished parts when they’re ready.
CNC Routing Services
We operate a full-bed CNC router capable of cutting up to 48” x 96” (4’ x 8’) sheets with precision tolerances. Whether you need a single prototype or a batch of production parts, we cut directly from your DXF, DWG, SVG, or AI files. No minimum order. No rigid packages.
Custom Part Cutting
We cut custom 2D profiles directly from raw sheet material using your supplied CAD files. Ideal for one-off prototypes, replacement parts, jigs, fixtures, and production runs. Tolerances down to ±0.005” depending on material and geometry.
File Prep & Design Support
Don’t have a cut-ready file? We can work with your sketches, PDFs, or rough drawings to prepare a proper toolpath-ready file. We also review your existing files for common issues like open paths, overlapping geometry, or undersized features before cutting.
Nesting & Material Optimization
We nest your parts efficiently across the sheet to minimize material waste and reduce cost. If you’re ordering multiple parts, we’ll organize the layout to get the most out of every sheet.
Batch & Repeat Orders
Need the same parts cut more than once? We save your files and can run repeat orders quickly. Great for teams that need seasonal stock, ongoing production, or consistent replacement parts throughout the year.

How It Works
We are a local, Detroit-area shop. There’s no online store or shipping — everything is handled in person. Here’s how the process works:
Step 1: Submit Your Files
Send us your CAD files via email or through our Contact page. We accept DXF, DWG, SVG, and AI formats. Include your material choice, thickness, and quantity. We’ll review your files and confirm we can cut them as-is, or let you know if any adjustments are needed.
Step 2: Get a Quote & Schedule Drop-Off
Once we review your files we’ll send you a quote. If the price works for you, we’ll schedule a drop-off time. If you need us to supply the material, just let us know and we’ll confirm availability. If you’re supplying your own sheet, bring it along when you drop off.
Step 3: We Cut Your Parts
We run your job on our CNC router and inspect the parts before they’re set aside for you. Most standard orders are completed within 3–5 business days, depending on the job size and our current queue. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.
Step 4: Pick Up Your Order
When your parts are ready, swing by the shop at your scheduled pickup time. We’ll have everything packaged and ready to go. Payment is due at pickup. We currently accept cash and digital payments.
