Every file uploaded goes through a rigorous review process to maximize material yields, optimize toolpaths, and eliminate geometric errors before a single bit touches material. We keep custom manufacturing frictionless from CAD to delivery.

RCF Concepts was founded by three Detroit based engineers and FIRST Robotics alumni who grew tired of the 'national supplier tax' which was waiting 5 to 7 business days for parts to ship from across the country. We realized Michigan's dense tech, maker, and robotics scenes deserved a home court advantage. We launched RCF to bring large scale manufacturing, advanced 3D printing, and next day local pickup straight to your backyard.
