We are an agile team of engineers, makers, and FIRST Robotics alumni based in the Detroit area. Our team bridges the gap between competitive rapid-prototyping and industrial CNC machining, giving us a deep understanding of structural design, materials, and fast execution.

Design for Manufacturability (DFM) is built into our pipeline. When you upload a file, we review your geometry, analyze tolerances, and optimize toolpaths before a single bit touches material. This ensures your aluminum, polycarbonate, or wood parts come off our machine exactly as intended, minimizing errors and material waste.

Meet The Team
Mike
Mike is the hands behind the machine. As Head of Fabrication, he runs the CNC router, oversees material handling, and ensures every cut meets spec. He comes from a background in competitive robotics fabrication where tight tolerances and fast turnaround aren’t optional — they’re the baseline. If it’s being built at RCF, Mike is making it happen.
Arnob
Arnob leads design and engineering at RCF Concepts. With a background in FIRST Robotics and mechanical engineering, he brings precision and creativity to every project — from complex multi-part assemblies to quick-turn custom cuts. He handles CAD prep, file optimization, and makes sure every part that comes off the router is exactly what the customer ordered.
Alex
Alex keeps RCF Concepts running behind the scenes. He manages scheduling, customer coordination, quoting, and everything it takes to get your order from intake to pickup without a hitch.
